ORDERING

How Do I Order Online?

Go to the item you wish to purchase, select the options that apply to that item, enter the quantity you want to buy and click on the Add To Cart button.

Your item will be added to your personal Shopping Cart. A Shopping Cart works the same way as the ones you find at a retail store. You simply add items you want to purchase into your personal Shopping Cart. After adding an item, you will have the option of changing the quantity or removing it from your Cart.

When you are ready to Checkout, click on the Checkout link. If you don't already have an account with us, we will guide you through our quick account creation process. You will need to provide your billing and shipping information. When you return to shop at our site in the future, you will not need to re-enter your billing and shipping information again. Just log in to your account with your Account ID and Password.

If you don't wish to make a purchase at this time but would like to establish an account with us, you can create an account at anytime by clicking "Register" link found at the top of the main page. We DO NOT store your Credit Card numbers, just your billing and shipping information. If you forget your Password, you can have it emailed to you at your email address. To retrieve your Password, send an email request to mark@classicbowlingsupplies.com . Your password will be emailed to your email address.

International Orders?

How the PayPal payment service works.
PayPal is a service that allows you to make purchases from international merchants. You simply open an account with PayPal and supply the necessary credit card information. Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Once your account has been established with PayPal, you can shop our site anytime but be sure to select PayPal as your payment method at the time of checkout. Our shopping cart system will direct you to the PayPal web site at the end of the checkout process.

We will immediately receive an email explaining that we have received a payment from you through PayPal. The payment will be debited from the credit card you provided PayPal.

Payment Options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and ATM card with the Visa or MasterCard logo. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with ClassicBowlingSupplies.com. Be sure enter your Name and Billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Out Of Stock Items?

Out Of Stock items are marked as Out-of-Stock and can be purchased BUT will be treated as back-ordered. If you purchase an Out-of-Stock item with other in stock items, your order will not be shipped until the Out-of-Stock item becomes available.

Coming Soon items can be purchased and will be shipped once it becomes available. If you purchase a coming soon item along with other in stock items, we will ship the in stock items first in some cases. See below.

Examples:
If a ball bag is purchased along with coming soon bowling ball, it is most likely that they will be shipped together.

If purchasing a substantial amount of in stock items along with a coming soon item, the in stock items will be shipped first.

Changing Or Cancelling An Order?

Typically your order will be shipped within 24 to 36 hours of being placed ( Unless waiting for Out of Stock Items ) on a regular business day. Please notify us a soon as possible by email at mark@classicbowlingsupplies.com if you want to change or cancel an order. Also see our policy and instructions for returns and exchanges.

How to shop our site:

Simply click on the Glossary Link at the bottom of any page. There you will learn all of the necessary terms in the bowling industry which will assist you in making the right choice. Every ball listed on our site contains a manufacturers detailed description. You can reference these details with the Glossary at any time. Or you can simply send us an Email at mark@classicbowlingsupplies.com and tell your particular style, lane position, average speed, weight of ball your currently using and what the existing equipment is or is not doing verses what you would like it to do, and we will make a few suggestions.

Accessories and other light weight items have a minimum shipping/handling charge of $6.03 if purchased separately. Example: A towel is $6.03. A 12 lb ball is $14.95. A towel + a 12 lb ball is $15.03.
